Staribee.co.uk offers delivery to UK customers.
(We currently do not offer shipping outside of UK, however we are looking to delivery to most of Europe, North America, New Zealand, Singapore, and Australia. As we endeavour to add more countries soon as we can)

How do you ship packages?
Opulensi Ltd has our main warehouses in Leicester (UK).
- FREE shipping are available on most of our products, cost of shipping will be clearly indicated on the checkout pages. You can alsp choose a variety of paid and expedited shipping at checkout. We dispatch goods in the most efficient and cost-effective method and location. All in an effort to offer high-quality products at affordable prices.
- Products shipped from UK will be sent via Evri, DPD, Royal Mail or UPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We currently offer shipping to UK mainland.
(We will soon offer shipping to most of EU, North America, New Zealand, Singapore and Australia. We endeavour to add more countries soon as we can.)
However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries please contact us.
What about customs?
Opulensi Ltd is not responsible for any custom fees once the items have arrived in your country.
You, the buyer is directly responsible for Duties and Taxes in your local country (outside of UK).
By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages shipped to you may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. We will ship items as fast as possible. Below are our shipment estimates

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
